Mission Fed and the San Diego Food Bank: Partnering for a Hunger-Free Future
At Mission Fed, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’ve partnered with the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank to support the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program. This vital program provides local children with nutritious food over the weekend when school meals are unavailable. Together, we’re working to build a brighter, healthier future for San Diego’s children.
How We’re Making a Difference
In 2024, we teamed up with the San Diego Food Bank once again to support the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised over $137,000 for the program! That means 17,000 backpacks full of nutritious food will be delivered to local children in need, providing them with meals over the weekend when school meals aren’t available.
