As a member-owned cooperative, Mission Fed is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that helps guide the direction of our credit union and keeps the best interest of our members at heart.
We are honored to have these accomplished leaders of the San Diego community volunteer their time and expertise for the good of our members. Under their stewardship, we are able to continue to provide a safe and secure place for members to keep and grow their financial assets. Additionally, our board inspires and empowers our employees to deliver the highest level of service to members while maintaining financial strength and stability.

The Mission Fed Executive team is comprised of seasoned financial industry professionals committed to administering the Board’s direction and facilitating day-to-day operations of our credit union.
Doug Wright, President and Chief Executive Officer
Doug Wright became Mission Fed’s President and CEO in March 2024 after serving as Chief Financial Officer for the credit union since 2016. He is an accomplished financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in commercial and community banking, including both functional and project leadership expertise. Doug’s dedication to community shines through with his active participation in nonprofit boards and commitment to financial literacy for all. He embodies and lives our mission of earning trust, investing in our membership’s success and caring for our community.
Steve Hasbrooke, Chief Financial Officer
Steve Hasbrooke became Chief Financial Officer of Mission Fed in 2024. He joined Mission Fed in 2006 and advanced in the Finance department to become VP Controller in 2014. As CFO, his responsibilities include managing and directing all aspects of the credit union’s financial goals and objectives, providing key reporting, analysis, and forecasting to the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic and financial initiatives, position and performance, and increasing efficiencies through the use of technology. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a track record of effective leadership in finance.
Rob Miller, Chief Operating Officer
Rob Miller is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with Mission Fed since 2013. He leads branch and operations support, card services, digital channels, electronic check processing, legal and compliance, and the contact center. Rob has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a broad level of knowledge in retail banking, compliance, payment processing and digital technology.
Jojo Seva, Chief Information Officer
Jojo Seva is the Chief Information Officer at Mission Fed. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Jojo is a recognized leader in core banking system technology, artificial intelligence, enterprise digital transformation and information security.
Vince Nowicki, Chief Lending Officer
Vince Nowicki is the Chief Lending Officer at Mission Fed and has been with the credit union for over a decade. He is responsible for mortgage originations, loan servicing, secondary marketing, consumer lending, indirect auto lending, auto leasing, and insurance services. Vince’s career spans more than 28 years in consumer and residential mortgage lending including retail, wholesale, and bulk acquisitions.
Neville Billimoria, SVP Marketing and Membership
Neville Billimoria is the Senior Vice President of Membership & Marketing has been with Mission Fed since 2002. He provides overall strategic leadership for all marketing, communications and community relations initiatives. Neville is an effective communications and values leader with more than 30 years of experience growing organizations through external marketing, media, and sales effectiveness.
Angelica Gamble-Wong, SVP Human Resources
As Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Learning and Development, Angelica Gamble-Wong directs the planning, development, implementation, and administration of all human resource programs and oversees training and development programs. Angelica is a well-versed HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, and focus in talent acquisition, organizational development and employee engagement.
Jason Bowser, SVP Branch Network, Member Investment Services & Business Development
A more than 20-year veteran of the banking industry, Jason Bowser became Mission Fed’s SVP of Branch Network, Member Investment Services and Business Development in 2023. In this role, Jason manages all retail and branch banking functions for the organization and oversees the Investment Services and Business Development programs. Jason spent most of his career with Union Bank where he held various roles as a Managing Director within Consumer and Business Banking. He’s an advocate for the San Diego community and is committed to volunteerism.
