Mission Fed Makes Forbes Best-In-State Credit Unions List for 2022

SAN DIEGO, August 29, 2022 – Mission Fed Credit Union, the largest member-owned, not-for-profit, full-service financial institution exclusively serving San Diego County, has been named on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Credit Unions for 2022. Forbes ranked Mission Fed as number five of the top 10 credit unions in California, and the only credit union in San Diego to be named on the prestigious list. The award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
Forbes and Statista queried customers nationwide, conducting unsolicited, third-party interviews of more than 26,000 US citizens from all 50 states on their banking relationships. Customers provided an overall satisfaction score and were asked if they would recommend their credit union to friends and family. Respondents were also surveyed about trust, terms, and conditions (including reasonable and transparent fees), branch services, digital services, customer service, and financial advice. Only 3.4% of credit unions across the country ranked on this list.
