SAN DIEGO – Mission Federal Credit Union, San Diego’s largest member-owned, not-forprofit, full-service financial institution exclusively serving San Diego County, has been awarded the 2019 Peter Barron Stark Companies’ Award for Workplace Excellence. This is the fourth year that Mission Fed has been awarded this recognition.
The Peter Barron Stark Companies’ Award for Workplace Excellence is a prestigious honor presented to companies who utilize its employee opinion survey program and exceed an overall favorable response of at least 80 percent. Winners of the Award for Workplace Excellence use this award to position themselves as an organization that values employee engagement when recruiting, attracting high-quality employees who are interested in maintaining workplace excellence.
