Life’s busy. You’re on the go with work, family, sports and errands. Now you can manage your Mission Fed accounts easily with new and enhanced Digital Banking services anytime and from anywhere.
We’ve been busy updating our Mobile Banking and Online Banking services to make member experience better. Here are some new features to help you bank efficiently:
Quick Apply
We’ve updated Mobile Banking and Online Banking to make it even faster and easier for members to apply for a loan. Now members can apply for an Auto Loan, Credit Card, or Personal Loan right from within Mobile Banking and Online Banking through Quick Apply. You can also refinance an Auto Loan or request a limit increase on your Credit Card with this feature.
We’ll prepopulate some of your personal information to speed up the process. Look for the Quick Apply option in the Mobile Banking and Online Banking menu now. Most applications take only a few minutes!
Online Banking Login
You’ve probably noticed that we updated the Online Banking login process on our website to make your experience more efficient. By entering your username and password in the same step, you’ll have a more streamlined experience and quicker access to your accounts.
Mobile Banking Updates
These new features are available on iOS and Android devices:
- Transaction search
- Memos for transfers and Mobile Deposits
- eDocuments access, including statements and tax forms
- Transfer counter for Savings Accounts
- Loan details tab with payment info
- Routing number listed on the About screen
- iPhone X support in the latest iOS version
Not using Mobile Banking or Online Banking yet?
Enrollment is free and gives you easy, secure access to great features:
- Account balances and transaction history
- Transfers
- Mission Rewards—view points earned with your Mission Fed Credit Card and redeem them, right on your mobile device
- Bill Pay
- And more!
Learn more about Mobile Banking and download the latest app version for your device. Plus, you can enroll in Online Banking and then sign up for eDocuments to give you easy access to your documents while keeping your information safe.
If you’re not a Mission Fed member yet, it’s time to apply for an account at your local credit union in San Diego Cunty. You can apply easily and securely online, at any of our branches throughout San Diego County, or by calling our Contact Center at 800.500.6328.
